Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating a TapServe account or using our website, admin dashboard, kitchen display, or customer ordering pages, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use TapServe.

2. Description of Service

TapServe provides QR-code-based ordering software, a kitchen display system, and analytics tools for restaurants, theatres, cafés and stadiums. TapServe is an ordering layer only — it does not process payments on your behalf; customers pay venues directly via UPI or in person.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid plan to continue using TapServe. No charges are made automatically without you selecting a plan.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

TapServe offers Starter, Growth and Pro plans, billed monthly or annually as described on our pricing page. Plan prices are flat and do not vary based on order volume. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time; no long-term contract is required.

5. Zero Commission

TapServe does not charge a commission or percentage fee on any order placed through the platform. Our only charge to venues is the flat subscription fee for the plan selected.

6. Venue Owner Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of your menu, pricing, and item availability displayed to customers, for fulfilling orders placed through TapServe, and for complying with applicable food safety, taxation and consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use TapServe to display unlawful content, misrepresent your venue, or attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the platform.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

9. Service Availability

We aim to keep TapServe available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance or third-party infrastructure issues (hosting or database providers) may occasionally affect availability.

10. Limitation of Liability

TapServe is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapServe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including lost revenue from service interruptions.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or unlawful use of the platform.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of TapServe after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
