TapServe ("we", "us", "our") provides QR-based ordering software for restaurants, theatres, cafés and stadiums in India. This policy explains what information we collect through our website (tapserve.in) and applications (admin.tapserve.in, order.tapserve.in, kitchen.tapserve.in), and how we use it.

We use collected information to operate the ordering and kitchen display system, generate analytics for venue owners, send push notifications for new orders, provide customer support, and improve TapServe's features.
Venue and order data is stored using Supabase (database and authentication infrastructure) and served through Netlify (hosting). These providers process data on our behalf under their own security and compliance standards. We do not sell venue or customer data to third parties.
Each venue's menu, orders and analytics are stored separately and are not accessible to other venues using TapServe.
Venue owners may request a copy of their data, request corrections, or request deletion of their account and associated data by contacting hello@tapserve.in. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Our website and applications use minimal cookies necessary for login sessions and basic analytics. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising.
We retain venue account data for as long as the account is active. Order history is retained to support analytics features and may be deleted upon account closure request.
We may update this policy as TapServe evolves. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.
